General Information
Artwork:
Artwork can be
produced from your full color logo, camera ready art or current product.
Complicated designs or creative art will be billed at $35.00 (net) per
hour. Complete artwork charges will be quoted upon request.
Paper proof will be faxed or e-mailed at $10.00 (net).
Terms:
Factory
reserves the right to extend a Net 30 day credit line. Partial or
full payment may be required before orders are processed. There is
a $25.00 (net) charge for returned checks.
Production
Time & Rush Orders:
All orders for
a dated event must be indicated clearly on the purchase order.
Standard
production time is 7-10 working days after receipt of your order and
design approval. Due to the complexity of the items we offer, rush
orders are discouraged. However, orders that require less then quoted
production times must be authorized by AA Patch Works and will be
charged accordingly.
5-7 working
days add 25%;
3-5 working
days add 50%;
1-3 working
days add 100%.
All freight
charges are additional.
Re-Orders:
Please state
the most recent purchase order number, design description, location and
factory invoice number.
Embroidery
Production:
Due to the
depth of the weave on corduroy, terry cloth and other high pile fabric's
small designs may lose registration and detail. Minimum lettering
height is 3/16".
Customer
Service Issues:
Upon receipt
of goods, customers have five (5) business days to submit a claim.
All returns require a return authorization number. AA Patch Works
company policy does not allow us to issue call tags.
Corrections &
Cancellations:
Orders
corrected or canceled will be charged for costs incurred to date.
C.O.D & Drop
Shipments:
Orders
requiring C.O.D. shipping will be charged an additional $10.00 (net)
cost. Drop or Split shipments will be charged $5.00 (net) cost per
location on quantities exceeding one (1).
Packaging:
Standard NO
CHARGE packaging for Direct Embroidery items are usually 12 pieces per
bulk poly-bag. Individual bagging & folding is charged at $0.30 per
piece.
Pre-Production Samples:
One
Pre-Production Sample or Swatch is provided with all new orders free of
charge. Additional samples or swatches will be billed according to
current price list.
Shipping:
All orders are
shipped FOB our factory in New Jersey. Unless a specific shipping
carrier and service is requested we will ship UPS ground service.
Insurance
on Shipments:
All shipments
sent by UPS are fully insured. The shipment is automatically insured for
$100.00 and the balance is charged accordingly unless otherwise stated.
In this case AA Patch Works, Inc. is not liable for lost or damaged
goods.
Tape
Charges:
Tape Charges
for direct embroidery are based on stitch counts with a minimum charge
of $55.00.

Tapes are
owned by the factory and cannot leave the premises. You may
request a duplicated tape at an extra charge. $15.00 e-mai1ed or $25.00
on disk plus freight.
Trademarks:
AA Patch Works
assumes NO liability for trademark or copyright infringement. We
assume that our customer has the proper authorization for the designs
sent to us for manufacture. If a design is questioned as
proprietary, it will be necessary for the customer to provide proof of
their right to use the design so questioned.

All prices,
specifications and terms of sale are subject to change without prior
notice. All orders are subject to final approval and confirmation
by AA Patch Works before production. We reserve the right to
refuse any order for any reason at any time. All orders are
subject to the availability of materials and accessory parts. AA
Patch Works is not liable for the differences in dye lots as they are
not under our control. AA Patch Works is not liable for any
typographical errors on this website.
